Obituary of Patti A. Blaich

Patti A. Blaich, 62, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 24, 2017. Although her passing was unexpected, we rejoice in the fact that she spent Christmas with Jesus. A lifetime resident of Syracuse, she graduated from St. Pat’s and later went on to receive a degree from Bryant and Stratton College as a Medical Transcriptionist.

Patti worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Community General Hospital and then St. Camillus before retiring to care for her husband full time.

Patti is survived by her husband, James, two daughters, Jessica (CJ) Sierotnik, Stephanie (Aaron), son, Kevin, two sisters, Mickey (Larry) Stirpe, Maxine (Brian) Lang, two brothers, Jimmy (Jamie) Felicia, Dana (Pam) Filicia, mother, Natalie Filicia, and two adoring grandchildren who were the love of her life, Christopher and Lilly. Patti is predeceased by her father, James Felicia.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 4-7 at Edward J. Ryan Funeral Home in Syracuse. A service will immediately follow.
