James A. Kerlin Jr. Loving husband of Constance Riley Kerlin for 66 years, passed peacefully surrounded by his family at the Syracuse VA Hospital.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 21 at 11am at Truth Bible Fellowship in Green Hills Plaza, 6003 South Salina Street.
