Eugene C. Williams, of Syracuse passed away on July 22, 2017. He was an Army veteran and was predeceased by his parents, William and Helen Doonan. A graveside committal with military honors will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10am at the Onondaga County Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery Chapel; 4069 Howlett Hill Dr., Syracuse.
