Bill was a client at Mercedes Benz of Syracuse. I had the pleasure of meeting him one day, when he stopped in to grab a Mercedes Benz hat so he could cruise around in the convertible. I was very to sad to hear of his passing today. My thoughts and prayers, go out to the Riggall family.
Heard about Bill's passing from Scott Flitcroft. Sounds like he had quite a life. Condolences to the family. Jesus said, I am the Resurrection and the Life.

We are so very sorry to hear of Bill's passing and the incredible loss to his loving family. Remembering Bill from childhood, it was not a surprise to see what a great father and grandfather he became. The Marcellus Facebook page that Bill established was a nostalgic connection to the town and friends as we moved around and across the country. Bill will be sorely missed by more people than he could possibly know. Our condolences to the entire extended Riggall family as they deal with this tremendous loss.
We will always remember Bill as a loving, care free soul who would always do anything for anyone.
Every time Bill was at the camp on Otisco Lake he Always had a smile on his face.
Thank you for helping out our community so much throughout the years and being such a loving person.
We will miss you Bill,
William H. Schoeneck, James, Katherine, & Patrick.
Billy's caring smile left an imprint on everyone's heart he touched. He loved his family. He loved taking care of people. He loved being a friend. He loved life. God knows what a gem He has. xox
Dear Barb and family, It is with deep sadness to let you all know how I feel about Bill's passing. I had the opportunity to work with Bill in the old OR for many years. Also on some of the days I had to work late on his shift. He was always fair and always made everyone laugh with his dry sense of humor. He did not always have to say anything, just the look was enough to make me laugh.
I did come to the hospital a week ago to visit, but he was not able to accept company. I did make a special intention for him in our Church, Sacred Heart in Cicero for a miracle. I thought we were all long overdue for one.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.
God Bless all of you for your strength and support.
Arlene
I just saw Bills passing on Face book
My deepest sympathies. I had forgotten about his nursing . I too worked at St Joes for a time
Used to go watch Bill wrestle in school
May you all be Peaceful
A kind smile and a friendly chat always changed my day when I saw Bill. He was my coordinator at NESC for almost a year. May he Rest In Peace and be united with his loved ones. You are missed by all.
Bill’s dedicated family values and inspirational courageous battle will be an example for all of us to follow. May our prayers and our thoughts infuse love and encouragement to Barb, Mike, Tom and the entire family. Bill left behind an entire family of nursing and hospital staff that he considered as brothers and sisters. May our prayers lift them up and fill the vacuum left behind. May Bill’s legend live for years to come at the SU Carrier Dome, St. Joe’s Hospital, and in our homes, hearts, and lives. Our hearts will carry his hope for generations to share.
God Bless,
Marshall
