Patrick Michael Clements, 68, of Syracuse passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. Patrick is survived by his sweetheart of 40 years, Rita, sons, Sean (Elaine) and Mark (Jen), sister, MaryAnn Battisti and grandchildren; Brody, Hudson, Gracelin, and Jackson.
