St. Camillus won't be the same without Jimbo. He was a great guy. He played bingo with my mom and was always fun. He always talked about his children and his dog, which I met on several occasions. Condolences from Annie Panelati and myself, he will be missed!

George was at St Camillus for 4 weeks and was at the table next to Jimbo in the dining hall. We both enjoyed talking to him, he was very interesting. He was remarkably positive for his situation. When we were outside he always said how he enjoyed the sun and the warmth it gave. We are so sorry for your family's loss.

From our days as opponents (Saint Charles vs Holy Family) to our years as teammates at Westhill (66–70) he was always a true, dependable and devoted friend. His tales are legendary and the impact he had on so many of friends will never be forgotten. Jimbo was simply a one of a kind; loved by many, and now missed by all. As a loyal friend of over 50 years, there was none better.

Jimbo was a great athlete....but even a better guy. The health concerns he was challenged with never changed the way he greeted people. He was always upbeat and always seemed glad to see you.
