So sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. My father Warren Rahrle who passed a few years ago, and Joe were neighbors and good friends for many years at Watertree. They went for coffee every week to Flo’s diner for coffee and pie. He was a very nice and friendly guy. My condolences to his family.
