Robert Lundblad, of Syracuse, passed away February 27th from a sudden illness due to natural causes. Born January 31, 1952 to the late James and Audrey Lundblad, Bob was a graduate of West Genesee where he was an active band member. Shortly after graduation he entered the Coast Guard serving for ten years as an electronics technician and later on the CG Cutter Bramble. After leaving the coast guard Bob was employed by the Liverpool and Westhill School Districts.

Bob was predeceased by his parents and brother, Randy. He is survived by brothers, Ron (Tammy), Dick (Nancy); children, Victoria (Richard) Beanan, and Benjamin; grandson, Parker, and several nephews and nieces. 

A funeral service will be held Tuesday March 5, 2019 at 10 am at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave Syracuse, NY 13219. The family will receive friends and relatives from 9-10 am prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery. 

The Lundblad family would like to thank the Syracuse VA Medical Center for its gracious care and support over the past several years.
