Carol Mackey Judge, 94, of Syracuse passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family on Tuesday morning, June 16, 2020. Carol was the executive secretary at Pass & Seymour, a home maker and loving mother.  She was a member of Holy Family Church, and their Altar Rosary Society.  Carol was an avid bowler and a die hard SU. and Yankees Fan.  She loved her trips to the casino, her gardens and had fond memories of her childhood home on Percy St.

Carol was predeceased by her husband, Edward; parents, Clement and Ethel “Gigi (Page) Mackey; sister, Lois, brother, Clement P., and granddaughter, Rachel N. McAfee.  She was survived by her children; Mary Kate of Pittsburgh, Martin (Jean) of Camillus, Edward D. (Susan) of Arizona, and Brian (Marguerite) of “Otter Lake,” 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brother, Dennise Mackey of California, brother in law, Bill (Sue) Judge of Syracuse and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express a special thanks for the wonderful care of their mother to the aides and nurses, especially Rosie who was there since day one.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 10am at Holy Family Church, Fairmount.  Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 22nd from 4 to 7pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Burial will be in Onondaga County Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her honor to Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr, Syracuse, NY 13219
