Dear Kelly, Jack, Hadley, and all of Paul's beloved family And friends,
I am so, so very sorry to hear this sad news. Although I'm not sure I ever met Paul, I feel as though I know him through the wonderful description of him in his obituary. The picture is beautiful. Such a happy face, full of life, joy, and love. I also feel knowing Kelly (one of the nicest people I know), Paul had to have been an amazing person. I can't imagine your loss. I know that words can not take away your pain and suffering, but I hope knowing that others truly care somehow helps as you grieve this immense loss. Kelly, I just can't imagine your loss. I can't express how truly sorry I am. We all love you at McNamara and I wish I had a magic wand and could go back in time to change things for you. I am here for you.

I'll miss Paulie. He was the best goal keeper I ever played with. Great memories playing with him and all the boys at Fisher (our 1996-97 team still holds the all-time best season record for Men's Soccer at SJFC, thanks in large part to Paulie). Paul and I spent hours and hours watching our kids race all the tracks in Syracuse. Paul was a fixture in the track side proud Dads club. We would gladly trade a hot dinner for track pizza on any day just for a chance to watch our kids race. I feel privileged to have known him. My deepest condolences to the entire family.
