Frank G. Rigas, 92, Skaneateles died peacefully at home on Sunday, December 13, 2020.

Frank was born June 3, 1928 in Syracuse, NY son of the late George and Calliope Rigas. Prior to retirement from Onondaga County; OCC & Water Environment Protection as a Maintenance Electrician he owned B&R Electronics. Frank was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting with his Setters and Brittanys, fishing, boating, skiing, horse training & riding.  He was also a member of Pheasants Forever, Seneca Lake Old Boaters Club, and the Onondaga Ski Club. Frank was a dedicated member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary and was a NYS Hunter Safety Instructor.

He was predeceased by his wife, Marjorie (Hickey); parents, George and Calliope Rigas; brother, Thomas; sister and brother in-law, Helen and John Anagnost, and son-in-law Paul Phillips.

Left to cherish his memory is his bride of 39 years, Marilyn (Sauter) Rigas; daughters, Patricia Phillips & Lauri (Tom) O’Brien; sons, Mark (Mary) Rigas and David (Brenda) Rigas; grandchildren, Tyler, Mallorie, Amanda, Christopher, Colette, & Miriam as well as one great grandson, Adonis.

The family is grateful for the exceptional care that Dillion Rodner, Upstate Oncology, and Hospice of the Finger Lakes provided.

Private services were held at Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral home.  Burial was at Greenlawn Cemetery.
