Graham T. Dornford, 74, of Syracuse passed away peacefully January 13, 2021.

Graham was born in Hague, WCD, Guyana to Charles and Jane Dornford. He went on to serve for over 12 years in the United States ARMY where he received the National Defense Service Medal and Sharpshooter (Rifle) Good conduct Medal. He retired from McLane Northeast after 15 years.

Graham is predeceased by his parents and his sister, Elaine.

He is survived by wife, Monica Dornford; children, Gina (Kris), Shakira (Scott), and Eléna; grandchildren, Taylor, Dwayne, Darian, Naikyra, Mariana, Scott, Sage and Luciana; great-grandchild, Malakai; Siblings, Doreen, Yvonne, Noel (Pat), Linden (Angela), Barbara (Francis), Edward, Lola, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, January 20 at 10am at Most Holy Rosary Church, 111 Roberts Ave, Syracuse. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 4 to 7 pm at Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave, Syracuse. Private burial will be held at a later date at Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the Heart Association of CNY, 2 S Clinton St #305, Syracuse, NY 13202 or the VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210.
