There are certain people in life that God uses to care for and help you along in life. I was a difficult child, my parents would attest to this fact. My first grade teacher at Fairmount Elementary was an angel. Her name was Ms. Winchell. I have nothing but good memories of first grade and how Sharon took extra time to care for my needs (shenanigans). I was even fortunate to ski with her once. I haven’t seen her in over 45 years, but never forgot her. You don’t forget the people that care for you along the way. We all need to remember to care for others along the way. Life is short. Praying for peace and comfort for family and those that knew and will miss Ms. Winchell.
