Mary A. Jacobson Obituary

 Mary A. Jacobson, 87, was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. Her professional career with Bristol Myers Squibb took her to Indiana where she spent the past 20 years. Mary passed away on January 1, 2026 at the home of her daughter, surrounded by family.



Mary will be long remembered for the many qualities that defined her life. She was a woman of deep faith and gratitude, thankful for the many blessings she received. Through hard work and quiet sacrifice she devoted herself to the well-being of those she loved. Her home was always open, a welcoming place for family gatherings filled with laughter and love. Above all else, Mary cherished her children and held a special place in her heart for her grandchildren, who brought her endless joy.



 Mary is survived by five sons, Gerry (Lynnette), Tom (Lisa), Rick, Bob (Nancy) and Len (Julia); three daughters, Dottie, Marilyn and Annie (Tom); one sister, Marilyn Goulet; twenty seven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Most Holy Rosary Church. The family will receive friends and relatives prior to the mass from 10-11am. Burial will be private.
