It has taken me awhile to write this because I am having trouble believing she is gone. After countless conversations over the years, as children and then adults, I discovered that above all, Susie was a philosopher. Whether we were just sitting on the beach or standing in the water, like cows she would say, her insights would make me laugh. i will miss talking with her on the phone throughout the year - in the summer, to share happenings at the lake and in the winter, to express impatience to be at the lake.. This summer will be tough. My deepest sympathies to, Beth, Patrick, Matthew and David, her grandchildren, and Janet. Know that I share your grief.
Sincerely, GInny Marczak

The sadness is beyond words when one of our Selkirk crew leaves the ship.I was fortunate to have spend a few minutes with Sue last week. We shared memories and a few hugs. Our thoughts are with the family at this difficult time.

It was my great privilege to know Sue when she was at Convent and I was and Nottingham, and then when we were at Le Moyne together.
She was extraordinary in too many ways to count. Suffice it to say she was a gem and a peach, adorable and steadfast. My deepest condolences
to her family.
Most sadly and sincerely,
John Reagan

Beth,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. She was a big part of our teenage years opening her home (and camp) to our whole gang of friends. I am so glad I was able to visit with her when I was back in Syracuse for our 20th reunion, sitting on the steps of Lynmar Lane laughing and remembering old times. She was a great lady with a wonderful sense of humor.. God Bless you and your brothers during this difficult time.

Beth, Pat, Dave and Matt,
Christa and I would like to express our condolences on the loss of your mom. Like you Dave, we have a baby due any day now and can't travel, otherwise we would want to be there for the services.
Your mom was such a unique and special person. I've been thinking a lot since I heard the news about all the conversations I had with her at your house, and I can still hear the enthusiastic greeting she would offer when I walked in the door. Very sorry for your loss and we're praying for all of you during this difficult time.

Janet, I was sorry to see you lost a sister. I went to Convent with you up until 8th. grade and remember you fondly. Strangely, your sister-in-law Tori was one of my bridesmaids.
Again, my condolences to you & your family.

Beth, David, Matt and Patrick,
Its so hard to believe. Your mom was one in a million and we were so blessed to call her our Aunt Susie. So many laughs that sometimes words were not needed. We will miss her so much. She is with your dad and Byrne right now, celebrating like the good ol' days.
Love to you all. xoxo
