I worked with Cel many years ago when I first joined the Onondaga Co. Public Health Nurses. We had a wonderful nursing team and many fun times together, even with our kids and husbands. My sincere condolences to the family. Beverly Miller

With deepest Sympathy for the loss of your Mom,and grandmother. She was a fine lady and a character all at the same time. We had some fun times together at the OCC and Valley pool and with our breakfast group. We've missed her these past few years. God Bless her and you folks also. Diane Michaels
