Obituary of Jean A. Case

Jean A. Case, 89, formerly of Hutchinson Ave., Syracuse died Monday at Van Duyn Home and Hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Syracuse and retired from the American Heart Association. She was predeceased by her husband, John F. Case and sons-in-law, Michael Rice and William Wooding. She is survived by her children, David (Kathleen) Case, Ann Wooding, Patricia Rice, Mary (Shawn) Adam, Susan (Dennis) Craner, Matthew Case, and Maureen (John) Capoto, 17 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday, January 4th at 11am at Blessed Sacrament Church, Eastwood. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 to 11am prior to the service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Arc of Onondaga County, 600 S. Wilbur Ave., Syracuse, NY 13204.
