Obituary of Mary E. Sheldon

Mary E. Sheldon, 96, of Syracuse, NY passed away on Monday at Loretto Cunningham Hall surrounded by her family. Mary was born in Warners, NY to Warren and Jane (Jennie) Parker. She graduated from Warners High School and Central City Business Institute. She was employed by and retired from the A. H. Pond Co. Mary was predeceased by her husband Donald L. Sheldon in 2008 and her four brothers Edward, Norman, Paul and William Parker. She is survived by her six children; Mark (Vicki) Sheldon, Kathleen Russo, Ann Sheldon, Joan (Mark) Reid, John (MaryBeth) Sheldon and Thomas Sheldon, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The Sheldon family would like to thank the Cunningham 12th floor for the care given to their mother for the last 4 years. A mass of Christian burial will be Friday April 7, 2017 at 10am At St. Charles Church, Fay Road. Calling hours will be held Thursday April 6, 2017 from 4-6pm at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery Dewitt, NY.
