Cicely J. Quinn (Morris), 67, of Syracuse, formerly of Banbury England passed away Wednesday at home with her loving family by her side. Cicely was born in Banbury, England. She met her husband, Kevin and moved to the United States in Dec. 1969. Cicely retired from Royal Insurance as a claims underwriter. She was a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary-Valley Post and past member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians Auxiliary-Div. 2. She was devoted to her family and friends and enjoyed her weekly activities of bowling and bingo and in the summer could always be found on the golf course. Cicely is predeceased by her parents, Horace and Doris Morris. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Kevin T. Quinn, children, Kelly (Tom) Soccocio, Craig (Tara) Quinn and Kerri Quinn, grandchildren, Shannon, Kristin and Nicholas Soccocio, Michaela, Hayleah and Gavan Quinn, sisters, Cynthia (Derek) Cooper, Gillian Middleton, and Lynn (Clive) Jeffries, brothers, Jeffrey Morris, Brian Morris, and Andrew (Pat) Morris, sister-in-laws, Maureen Quinn, Detta Campbell, Teresa Maddison, Phyllis (Al) Kissane, several nieces, nephews and cousins and longtime friend Barbara Hogan. Services will be held Monday at 10AM the Church of St. Michael and St. Peter, 4782 W Seneca Turnpike. Calling hours will be Sunday, December 1, 2013 2 to 5pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 7th N St, Liverpool, NY 13088
