Paul A. Prugger, 68 of Syracuse passed on to the Lord Sunday, July 12, 2015. He was born in Syracuse and lived here all of his life. Paul attended St. Anthony's Padua School and graduated from Vocational High School. He was a faithful parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Paul worked at Arc of Onondaga County for many years. He enjoyed reading about science and astrology and was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. Paul loved our Lord, family, friends, and time with his girlfriend very much. He was predeceased, by his father John, E. Prugger and his brothers, Ralph and Joseph Prugger. Paul is survived by his mother, Wava M. Prugger, brothers, Edward, Daniel, and Robert and his wife, Linda Prugger, his sister-in-laws, Barbara and Michelle Prugger, several nieces, nephews and his girlfriend and sweetheart of 44 years, Terry Trowbridge. Services will be held Friday at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 300 Valley Drive, Syracuse. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10:00 am at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Arc of Onondaga Foundation, 600 South Wilbur Ave. Syracuse NY 13204 or Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
