Obituary of Ann Godzac Bausinger

Ann Godzac Bausinger, 88, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully at Iroquois Nursing Home on Monday, April, 25th, 2016 after a brief illness. A life resident of Syracuse, Ann was a homemaker, but worked part time at Gene's Food Market on Tipp Hill owned by her husband. Ann is predeceased by her husband, Eugene "Bausie" Bausinger in 1992. Ann is survived by her daughter, Penny (Dan) Karleski of Westvale, her son, Gene Bausinger of Westvale, grandchildren, Daniel, Kevin and Katelyn and her dog, Maggie and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 4 to 7pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 30th at 9:30am at St. Patrick's Church, Tipp Hill. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Camillus Ridge, especially Colleen, for caring for her the last 3 months.
