Going to miss this little guy, I have known him since I was a kid about 45 years, He was so kind and funny, He watched me and my brothers and sisters grow up, he was not related but he was family and we called him uncle Joe. May he R.I.P. and fly with the angels, everyone loved him, He used to come visit me in Florida when I lived there. I am so sad he is gone. He used to make me laugh so hard. He used to dress up as a clown for my kids birthday party.. he was such a loving and fun person.

Such a heavy loss. Joe was a great man. He watched me and my sisters grow up pretty much. Reunited with my dad in heaven. 2 old buddies reunited. He knew how to brighten anyone's day. Going to miss see him in the St. Patricks day parades.

I am so sorry to hear this news. He was such a sweet man. He used to walk me to my car every night after work on Gifford Street. He always wanted to know what I was cooking for dinner. One year on his birthday, I got him a lottery ticket. He won $40 and couldn't have been happier. You will be missed by so many! R.I.P. ❤

9 1/2 years ago I pulled into the Arc parking lot for my interview, Little Joe was coming out as I was going in. He said "hi, I haven't seen you here before", i explained that I had an interview for a job, he wished me the best of luck. I too have missed seeing him daily. God has gained a very special angel

I have personally missed Joe, since he has not been at Arc of Onondaga . I will always remember his pleasant, friendly personality and his sometimes self deprecating, great sense of humor. His complements on how good the Sensory Garden looked, as he saw me watering it most mornings, helped make my day. He was, is and will be missed. My sincere condolences to his family.
