Joe and my daughter Jaime were best friends and he always told me she was his “wife” even tho he knew they were more like brother and sister. Joe definitely lived life to the fullest and made friends wherever he went. Our world has lost a loving soul, but heaven has gained a new angel. I just hope heaven can handle Joe. RIP
