I, Andy Cook, was roommates with Robert Philips at Syracuse University (Skytop) until he married Fran and moved into married housing down the hill. Remember Fran well and have pictures of her at the USO Club downtown. Condolences to the family, RIP Fran.

Fran and I were classmates at Most Holy Rosary High School and were graduates of the Class of '66. I well remember Fran and her siblings taking the school bus from Fairmount to MHR. Fran was a delight to know and when our paths crossed over the years, she shared her joy of parenting proudly. My sincere sympathy to Fran's family in their loss of a great lady.
