My condolences to Daves family on his passing. I worked with Dave at the old North Recreation Center back in the seventies! He was a great guy and we all had a lot of fun. Although I have not seen Dave in a long time, I will always remember his smile and his sense of humor. He tried to teach us all Archery and how to shoot. He was passionate about his job. In this difficult time , know that the Lord will help you through this. Try to find comfort in knowing Dave now is Sleeping in the arms of the Lord.

I was sorry to read of Dave's passing. Dave helped me learn how to shoot a bow, and was a source of constant encouragement while I was learning, and later when I participated in Archery Leagues in the old North High School. My thoughts and prayers are with Dave's family.

I was so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I worked with Dave at the City and found him to be a dedicated employee. He always went the extra mile, especially for the senior citizens in our community. I am sure he will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I first met Dave at Shiller Park while he was teaching Archery. He talked me into trying it... I did and loved it. He got me into a couple competitions Shooting Archery too. After some years, I finally met back up with him at the Old North High and he got me right back into Archery.
He was the best mentor/big brother a girl could have. I will miss him so much.. specially since we just got back in touch on facebook...
Fly high Dave... You'll be teaching everyone up there how to shoot the proper way....

To a great long time family friend, we will very much miss him everyday. We will remember your hunting, fishing days, all the practice days and laughs before hunting season.
