When I got transferred to Syracuse from Iowa with UPS, I was terrified. Bill immediately did what Bill always did. Made me feel welcomed and always was encouraging. His family opened their home to my family and friendships were formed. He was a great UPSer and an even better man! Rest In Peace dear Billy. When you arrived in heaven God said ” well done my son. So sorry to read of Bill's death. I got to know Bill and Carrie when we were living in Watertown. Their kids were little the last time we saw them when we moved to Syracuse. Bill was a great boss and mentor to me during my early days at UPS in Liverpool and Syracuse. I have fond memories of him, both in and out of work. I’ve thought of him often throughout my moves at UPS. He will be greatly missed by many. May he RIP and may you Carrie and family, grieve lightly and soon find comfort in memories.
