Obituary of Kevin M. Sinclair
Kevin Sinclair, beloved son, brother, uncle and friend passed away at the age of 40. Born and raised in Syracuse, he also called New York City and San Francisco, CA home for extended periods. After attending St. Patrick’s Elementary School, Kevin graduated from Bishop Ludden in 1999. He received a degree in finance from SUNY Binghamton where he was a member of the Chi Phi fraternity and formed many lifelong friendships. Kevin worked in finance as a Consultant for HarperCollins Publishers, Bank of America and most recently Wells Fargo.
Kevin enjoyed traveling to beautiful locations and has visited many countries including Vietnam, Japan and the Philippines. He was known for his skills as a tour guide and enjoyed showing off the cities he’s called home to his family.
Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Don and Helen Sinclair and Jerome and Celestine Youngs. He is survived by his loving parents, Don and Mary Sinclair of Syracuse, his siblings, Kim (Steve) Dunham, Chris Sinclair, Jeremy (Janielle) Sinclair, all of Camillus and Elizabeth (Brian) White of Eldersberg, MD and his nephews and nieces, Connor, Bridget, Elizabeth and Makenna Dunham, Henry White and Harper Sinclair and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be from 4-7pm on Monday, July 19, 2021 at Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave, Syracuse, NY 13219. A funeral mass will be held at 10 am on Tuesday at St. Patrick’s & St. Brigid’s Church, 216 N Lowell Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204 and a private burial will follow.
