I am Marilyn’s (and siblings) 2nd cousin. Peggy O’Neill Watson. Thank you to Mary Baker Estes , a few months ago Marilyn and I “ re-connected” after 50 or so years. I so enjoyed our correspondence. And was looking forward to my and my brother’s visit back home. As we were going to met and reminisce in person. I never did ask Marilyn if she loved ice cream like my O’Neill’s did and do. I do know though Marilyn and I saw the world much the same way. I am so sad and so sorry. How fortunate for family and friends that had Marilyn in their life. Hi Peggy, Thank you for your kind note and letting us know the two of you had been in touch. I’m sorry you didn’t have the chance to get to see each other. It would have been a great time. I remember you and all your family from our many visits to Skaneateles . Marilyn’s passing is a great loss for our family and all who knew her, and we will miss her very much. She was so loved. And, yes indeed, she still loved ice cream!
