Missy Chris and Jason we want you to know that your mom sharon ,Was the best!. I considered her my best friend when we first moved to Florence Street. She and I arrived in the hood at approximately the same time. Imagine moving into a little house in a little neighborhood with two young children and to discover that there were 17 other children on the block that were approximately the same age! I considered sharing my very best friend and our daughters Missy and Julie became best friends also. Sharon and I were such good friends that we actually did crossword puzzles together on the telephone! Boy is that old school! Jim my husband even wrote a little song about Sharon! it was called “Sharon Coopper on the line!” even though she moved away in later years the good memories stayed with me forever.I know how much you are going to miss her presence..May she Rest In Peace.
