Dear Bland Family, Mary was so very blessed to have all of you… esp. her children and grandchildren. All these years, by her side. I saw Patti a few times while she was doing her best to regain her own health...and Patti said how wonderful her mom and sisters were to her. So, rest assured your Mom was lucky to have all of you. Sending my sincere sympathy and support to you and to Mary’s extended family. How proud Mary must have been of the people you’ve grown to be. As you each begin your journey without Mary here on this earth, remember that her Faith sustained her. Know that Mary now rests in the loving arms of Christ... You will see her again. Dear Debbie, Brenda, Mary Lee, and Susan, I was so sorry to hear of the death of your mother and my Aunt Mary. and Cousin Patti. I'm sorry I am not able to get to Syracuse for Aunt Mary's funeral. Last night I said a Rosary for Aunt Mary and the deceased members of the Bland/Costello family. I will say another Rosary for the repose of the souls of the McCarthy Family. Kerry and I have asked our children, PJ, Andrew and Ashley to pray for the repose of Aunt Mary and Patti's souls.
