Mary Loretta Diamond, 67, of Syracuse passed away March 16, 2022.

Mary was born on April 25, 1954 to the late Albert & Mary Diamond. A lifelong resident of the Valley and a graduate of Corcoran High School. She went to work for Crouse Hospital where she spent over 40 years before retiring. She loved bingo, loved going to the state fair and was an avid crocheter and crafter who would give her wares away to everyone who knew her. She was a lifetime Member of Our Lady of Hope Parish and a longtime member of the Gathering Place.

She is predeceased by her parents.

Mary is survived by her siblings, Dan (Stephanie), Mike (Sondra), Pat (Sam) Cacciola, 2 nieces, 5 nephews as well as several grand nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday March 22, 2022 at 10am at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave, Syracuse. Calling Hours will be held Monday March 21, 2022 from 4-7pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery, Syracuse.
