To the entire Kinney Family, we are so very sorry to learn of the passing of your wonderful Mother Neil on May 1st. We moved next door to Neil on Winkworth Parkway in 1974, the same year that you lost your father. Neil was gracious, kind and a strong faith driven woman who proudly raised her young family with determination and the blessings of the Lord. She was a hard worker who so enjoyed her family and friends. The fact that Neil lived to celebrate her 100th Birthday last October is a testimony to a life well lived.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May many loving memories be a comfort to you. God bless you all in the loss of your lovely Mom.

Neil was a wonderful person who gave so much to others. It is fitting that she asked for a simple act of kindness for her remembrance. She grew up across the street from dad in Oneida and she was the last of the Garvin family members from the hometown. She was a classy, funny, wonderful person and my dad and all of us loved her.
