To the Barrett family,
I am so sorry to learn of your loss. I recently loss my dad too in November...there are not words adequate to take away the hurt. I have great memories of when my family would trek on down to W Newell St and have the time of our lives (usually getting into trouble) playing with John, Theresa and Beth. The other kids were younger. Hopefully your memories will keep your dad alive and keep telling stories around the kitchen table.

When I think of the most selfless, warm individual, I think of my Grandpa Barrett. There was never a time where I was without love, affection, and comfort when I was with Grandpa. Oftentimes, I think about how even though I lived miles away from him, I always felt his love in my heart. Your incredible kindness and laughter will live on forever, Grandpa. I hope to grow up to be as wonderful as you are. There won't be a day where I won't think of you.
