Grandma, I love you and miss you so much ,it’s hard to say goodbye to someone who was like a mother to me. We shared the same birthday February 5th , I always looked forward to celebrating that day with you every year!
I remember when I was a kid and you throwing the football to me, taking me to the mall and sometimes I would miss the school bus on purpose just knowing we would be going to the mall that day ! I remember sneaking into bed with you and grandpa when I was scared at night,and when I ran to your house in the pouring rain with just my socks on, after my mom and I moved out to live with Benji… I never wanted to leave ! You made me the cool kid at school , you bought me my first pair of pumps and Air Jordans , and every time I came to your house you would look at my shoes and tell me how much you liked my sneakers when I was older,”those are Nice Sam “! And I would laugh and say thank you grandma !
I remember every Sunday loving to be around everyone and to be able to see all my uncles and aunts and grandparents and cousins , especially when it was football season ! You showed me how to make my first paper parlay , Ties you win ! Lol … you taught me how to write cursive and helped me with homework too … most of all you cared the most and always did ! I will miss you and cherish the memories we had together, thank you grandma!
