James “Toochie” Tallerino, 72, passed away September 22, 2023. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Carmen and Antoinette (Barone) Tallerino.

Toochie is survived by his sisters, Kathy (James) Kirby and Karen (Jay) Kinney, nephews- Will, Jon Paul and David Kennedy, niece- Krystina Kinney, great nephew- Andrew Kennedy, great niece- Eleanor Rose Kennedy, aunt and uncle-Tom and Maryann Caccamo, former brother-in-law (and friend) Bill Kennedy, as well as many cousins.

Toochie was smart, friendly and funny.  He was fondly referred to as the “Mayor of St Camillus” and he loved that. Most importantly, Tooch was a man of God. His faith and love for the Lord Jesus provided him with a genuine spirit of grace and gratitude.

Our family would like to thank the staff at St. Camillus for their caring and friendship. Services will be Wednesday, Oct. 4th at 11am in the Chapel Garden at St. Camillus 813 Fay Rd. Syracuse. He will be buried be at the Veterans Cemetery where he will join our mom and dad.

Contributions made to St Camillus in James’ name would be appreciated.

Mizpah, Toochie.
