I had the pleasure of working with Ron throughout my career in the 98th Division. I remember him as always patient, kind and extremely competent at addressing any question or issue I brought to his desk. As the unit's "Subject Matter Expert", he was respected by superiors and subordinates alike and sought out for his incredible knowledge. Without a doubt, his guidance positively impacted hundreds of Soldiers. I count myself lucky to have known him. Thinking of his family at this time and my sincerest condolences for your loss.
