I first met Rich when we played together on The St. Pats Championship winning basketball team. I continued to run into Rich as an adult out and about on Tipp Hill. He was a genuine stand up kind of guy. A few years ago, I needed someone to help me shovel out my in laws vehicle as I was stuck at work. Rich responded to my post. He picked up a neighborhood kid that he knew could use some money and dropped him off at the site, then picked him up and drove him home when he was done. He was that kind of guy. He will be missed!

I remember when Rich lived up st from me on tip hill. We would walk to bus stop together. He was always so sweet and kind. He will be deeply missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Gone way too soon. I'm honestly lost for words. So unexpected. You were such an easy-going guy, full of life. Enjoying the finest in foods and travel and family. You will be missed my friend. I am honored to have known you and your whole beautiful family. You were an integral part of my life. I am fortunate to have grown up with you. My most cherished childhood memories include you. As a kid you would always let me beat you up and I never had to apologize. With you, I could be me. You did not know then how much I needed you. I loved you in my youth and I love you still. Thank you for being you. The fact that you are no longer here will always hurt my heart. The hardest Irish goodbye I will ever have to face.
