Heartbreakingly, Denise (Lewis) Sequin  left us and received her angel wings on May 7th. After graduating from Corcoran High School, Dee worked as an accountant for P&C and then went on to work at Balduzzi’s, Geigraphics, Pietrafesa- as a buyer, Du All and Karen’s Catering. After retirement she enjoyed her vegetable garden, golf, winters in Bradenton, Sister’s Days and SU Basketball.

Dee is predeceased by her parents, Darlene Alice and Hector Lewis. Dee is survived by her husband of 40 plus years, Howard, brother, Larry (Tammy) Lewis, sisters, Marrianne (Sam) Lanza, Dawn (Roger) Fish, and Joanne (Pat) Otts, several nieces and nephews, sisters- in- law, Brenda Bear and Susie Morrow, and God- daughters, Jennifer Marinelli and Gabriel Lewis, who she was so close to and proud of.

A sincere thank you to the entire SICU and MICU staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital for all of your compassion and care.

Per Dee’s wishes, there will be no calling hours.

A Christian Mass will be celebrated at Most Holy Rosary Church on Tuesday May 14h at 10:00 am. Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Denise’s name can be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave, Syracuse 13208.
