Jean S MacBain Obituary
Jean S. MacBain, 84, of Syracuse, NY passed away peacefully at home on July 26, 2024. Jean was a secretary for the Syracuse City School District, and a member of St. Patrick’s Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth, parents, Mary and Patrick Swete, brothers, Patrick, Richard, and James, and granddaughter, Allison Lakie.
Jean is survived by her children Ann (Tony Lisi), Scott (MaryBeth), and Kevin (Charlene), 5 grandchildren, Lindsey, Katlyn, Katherine, Scott and Sydney, and 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 10:30am at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Calling hours will be prior from 9 to 10:30am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Onondaga County Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Howlett Hill Rd.
