JoAnne M. (Lynn) Clegg passed away on August 10, 2024 at her home in Liverpool after a brave battle with kidney disease.  

Born April 30, 1951 to George M. & Jane Rowe Lynn, she lived with her siblings Terry, Jack and Paul on Avoca Street in the west end of Syracuse.  A graduate of St. Patrick’s High School and Bryant and Stratton Business School, she was employed with Crouse-Hinds and New York State Corrections for many years.  Survived by her brothers, Jack Lynn of North Richland Hills, Texas and Paul (Kathy) Lynn of South Burlington, Vermont and nephews Dan and Steve, nieces Cheryl, Denise, Corinne and Erin.   Preceded in death are her parents, brother Terry and niece, Christy Lynn.

Upon her request, a Mass will be said at a later date.  Our deepest appreciation to the caring staff of Hospice of CNY for their loving attention to JoAnne in her final hours.  Contributions to the National Kidney Foundation or Hospice of CNY honoring JoAnne are welcomed.
