Obituary of Patricia A. Kelly

Patricia A. "Tish" Kelly (Hallinan), 69, of Oswego passed away on April 4, 2015 at the Manor at Seneca Hills. She was the widow of Joseph T. Kelly. Born April 13, 1945 in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late James T. and Helen (Ragan) Hallinan. Tish graduated from Central Tech in the LPN Program and worked in nursing in several rehab centers in Syracuse and Oswego. A 40 year resident of Oswego, she is survived by her son, Sean J. Kelly of Long Island, NY; four brothers, James T. Hallinan Jr. (Suzanne) of Syracuse, Michael J. Hallinan (Sharon) of Skaneateles, Edward W. Hallinan (Patricia Hills) of Elmira, NY and John R. Hallinan (Anne Hastings)of Gainesville, Fl, a sister, Margaret H. Fish (late C. Douglas) of West Chester, PA and several beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and a beloved family friend and caregiver, David J. Roman. She was pre-deceased by a nephew, Patrick J. Hallinan. Calling hours will be held Thursday April 9th from 4-7 pm at the Edward J. Ryan Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave, Syr. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 10th at 10am at Most Holy Rosary Church, 111 Roberts Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13207. In Lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Oswego Fire Dept., 35 E. Cayuga St., Oswego, NY 13126 or St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 103 W. 7th St., Oswego, NY 13126.
