Obituary of Norma Jean Williams

Norma Jean Williams, of Taunton, NY passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 13th. Ironically, she was born on a Friday the 13th, July 13, 1927, to Hazel and Alfred DeVillars in Rochester, NY where she met the "love of her life," John M. Williams Jr. Norma enjoyed 66 years of happiness with John (Jack) in Syracuse and The 1000 Islands, Gore Mountain, and Palm City, Florida. She is survived by her husband; John (Jack) Williams, children; John (Anita) Williams, Nancy (Dick) Lundblad, Marianne (Jonathan) Jacobs, Susan Scheibel, and Robert (Kimberly) Williams, 10 grandchildren, and her extended family, Betsy and Bernie Lynch, several nieces and nephews and Peggy Moore of Rochester, NY. A special "Thank You" to her loving Caregivers. Services will be private with a burial at the Onondaga Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13208 in Norma's memory.
