Obituary of Thelma M. Sullivan

Thelma M. Sullivan, 84, of Syracuse passed away on February 14, 2017. Thelma was a member of the Senior Art Center of Town Onondaga County and won many awards and prizes for her paintings. Her main passion in life was her family. Thelma was predeceased by her parents, William and Dorothy Gleason and her brother, Raymond "Woody" Gleason. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Neil Sullivan, children; Denice (Michael) Linehan, Terry (Judy), Kathleen (Victoria), Tim (Mary Ellen), Peggy (Mike) Riggin, and Patrick (Dawn), and grandchildren; Kristin (Cael) Johnson, Nicolette, Lauren, Madeline, Emma, Katie, and Casey. A funeral service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Most Holy Rosary Church, 111 Roberts Ave. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4 to 7pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Burial will be in Onondaga County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
