Obituary of Mary E. Amedro

Mary E. Amedro, 96, of Syracuse, NY passed away on Tuesday at St. Camillus Extended Care. A lifelong resident of Syracuse, Mary was born to Winifred and Charles Williams and graduated from St. Patrick's High School. Mary retired as switchboard operator for Sears and was a lifelong homemaker. Mary was predeceased by her husband George H. Amedro. She is survived by her children Mary Ellen (Russ) Saladin, George C., Thomas H., and Joseph P., 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends and relatives on Monday April 3, 2017 from 9-10am at St. Patrick's Church, 216 N. Lowell Avenue Syracuse, NY followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Church Heritage Fund, 216 N. Lowell Ave. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery Baldwinsville, NY.
