Worked with Ann at the House of Providence. She was always cheerful and fun. And always told us “Safe home” when we left.
Safe home, Ann.

I am certain we can all agree, the greatest talent we enjoyed and will miss is nannies home baked sesame seed bread! Her baking talents were endless but her bread just delicious! Nanni along with poppy always provided a warm loving home be it a small apartment in buffalo their home in camillus or Florida retreat. All were welcome and invited to their table to share meals conversation life and love.
So nanni we thank you for what you taught shared and gave all the years of your life here on earth
Rest in heaven with all the angels especially your boyfriend Dewey and grandson Brian
On behalf of Ann mom nanni and aunt Ann please whisper the Hail Mary throughout your years as she and God will be listening

Good morning
Well here we are celebrating 95 years of Ann mom nanni and aunt Ann. First my immeasurable thanks to my sisters pat and jan for the amazing care you provided our mom these last few years. The sharing of your home meals and time are imbedded in my grateful heart.
To celebrate Ann is to first and foremost recognize her catholic devotion to the lord our god and her most powerful prayers.
I am certain at times when we felt weak and troubled her prayers led us to brighter moments.
Amidst life's challenges happiness prevailed. Mom was a tap dancer horse back rider bookkeeper and secretary. She was a beautiful young city gal who fell in love with her handsome farmer boy Dewey. They married and from that lasting love of 59 years created what we see here today generations of family.
She taught by example belief in God the value of hard work the commitment of love and respect of human life. Her most gracious blessings are her children... her grandchildren and great grandchildren blessings and treasures of her heart and soul. And as aunt Ann her Buffalo family meant more than words could possibly express.. simply an abundance of joyous moments s throughout her life.

Janice, very sorry to hear that your mom has passed. I know you have been with her for many years. All we can hope for after our loved ones leave us is that they are at rest and with no pain. Being with their loved ones who went before. Hold on to your good memories. May all of your family find comfort in those good times you shared with her. Love you.
