My highest regards and deepest of condolences. I remember David with fond sentimentality. We met early on in my career as an IT professional when I was sent to consult on computer issues while he as still with Northwestern in the late-80's. We quickly fell into comfortable conversations when it was discovered I was a Hartwick graduate. I always enjoyed his welcoming demeanor and genuine interest in our topics. It was always a pleasure to be of service to him. I actually apply some of our interactions in how I interact with clients/end-users to this day and take those client experiences early in my career as some of the most important.
