Loretta M. Spencer, 92, a lifelong resident of Tipperary Hill in Syracuse, died Monday in Crouse Hospital. She is survived by 6 children, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 9am on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at St. Lucy's Church, Gifford St.
