John "Jack" Martin Jr., 87, passed away peacefully at home on Monday. Jack was a US Navy Veteran and retired from the US Post Office. He was predeceased by his wife, Betty, in 2012; his brother, Tom; and sister, Therese. Jack is survived by one sister, Peg Leogue; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 28 at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church in Syracuse. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt. There will be no calling hours.
