Joseph Mark Weber passed away in Reno, NV, August 4th, 2016, at home with his family at his side. He was 62 years old. Joseph was special to all who had the privilege to encounter him in their lives. With his unique qualities, he mastered sign language, loved classical music, and musicals - The Wizard of Oz being his favorite. Joe lived with his parents, Edward and Margaret Weber until 2000 in Rochester, NY and San Antonio, TX. He later resided with his brother, John, and most recently with his sister, Mary Ann in Reno, NV. Joe had a pure love of God and of the Blessed Virgin Mary. He always said his job in life was to pray for the rest of us. Joe was one of the first students at The Al Sigl Center (Mary Cariola Day Program) in Rochester, NY where his mother, Margaret Weber was actively involved. He later attended ARC Day Program and Trinity Special Friends of San Antonio, TX as well as Choices for All in Reno, NV.
Joe is survived by his mother, Margaret Weber and siblings Joan Weber; Marie Pagano (Nicholas); Paula Tedford (Randy); Mary Ann Weber; John Weber (Marilyn); Clare Weber (Felix Aquilar); Michele Weber, and many nieces and nephews. Joseph was predeceased by his father, Edward Weber.
A funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be held at The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Syracuse, NY on September 10th, 2016 at 9:45 am.
