Obituary of Anita (Simiele) Hogan

Anita M.(Simiele) Hogan, 55, of Syracuse relinquished her fighting wings for her real wings on Friday, May 4, 2018.  Anita worked at National Grid for 34 years, most recently as a Community Coordinator.

Anita is predeceased by her father, Patrick Simiele.  She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Larry, children, Ryan and Catrina, mom, Rosemary, sisters, Mary (David) Van Nostrand, and Carol (Jack) Antonacci, sister in law Kate (Jude) Malican and many nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours will be held Friday, May 11, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30am on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Holy Family Church. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Liverpool.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Hematology-Oncology Associates of CNY for years of love and care.
